AGREEMENT:

This agreement has been made by and between above named seller
hereinafter referred to as (“Owner”), and Portland Yacht Sales (“Broker”).
Broker is authorized to offer for sale the above property. Property will be
described hereinafter as (“Vessel”) as described above. In consideration of
Brokers willingness to advertise and use their best efforts to find a purchaser
for the said vessel described above, I,  the undersigned Owner, give Broker the
right to supply buyer prospects for said vessel. Owner agrees to make the
Vessel available to be shown. Owner acknowledges that Broker may assist
prospective buyers in preparing an offer to purchase the Vessel. Owner
agrees to let Broker keep the dollar amount collected over asking price as
commission fee for their services. The Owner covenants and warrants that
they have the right, title and interest in the said property to allow it to be sold.
This listing and this agreement will remain in full force and effect until said
vessel is sold or until notice of intent to cancel listing is received from Owner.
Owner authorizes Broker to list vessel on Yachtworld's Boatwizard system
and similar websites. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Broker completely
harmless for any damage, liability or expense of any kind whatsoever arising
out of the ownership of Vessel and its condition. Portland Yacht Sales
reserves the right to cancel listing with written notice. By clicking on the
